If you’re new here, Welcome. This is Perpetuity Locus the mindfulness blog of Aeonian Veritas. If you go to computer/web view, on the browser, the Label section has everything labeled clearly. So if you’re looking for a certain guide I posted, bam it's right there! I miss you guys dearly. If you want to reach out to me, you can here.

Anyhoo, how are you? I haven't heard from you in a while. I know it's a new year but it’s still the same old me. I hope everything is going well for you. I'm wishing you nothing but health, wealth, inner peace, and prosperity. Don't let anything drive you crazy. That's why this next section, Hypotheticals, is so important in grounding yourself. Well don't look at screen all crazy. Here's some hypotheticals:
Hypotheticals
Hypotheticals on Purpose and Meaning
What if your purpose was less about what you achieve and more about how you show up for others? How might your perspective change if you viewed setbacks as part of your purpose rather than obstacles? What if you discovered that your greatest joy lies in helping others find theirs? How would your life change if you trusted that every experience is leading you toward your true calling? What if your purpose wasn’t a destination but a way of being in the world? How might your sense of meaning deepen if you focused on the small, everyday moments instead of grand accomplishments? What if the key to finding your purpose is hidden in what you naturally do when no one is watching? In what ways can you align your daily actions with your long-term vision for a meaningful life? What if your struggles are shaping you into the person you need to be to fulfill your purpose? How would your choices change if you prioritized meaning over success?
I know my purpose is to help others recognize the their purpose and help them find ways to express themselves in healthy ways. Mindfulness is a common theme in my life. It’s a strength of mine, but, sometimes being actionable is a skill I need to work on. I have flaws too.
Nobody's Perfect.
That's why I made this Blog to help others and to remind myself there's always something to work on big or small.
Here's some more hypotheticals to strengthen your resolve:
What if your purpose is already unfolding, but you just need to slow down to notice it? How might you approach life differently if you saw yourself as a piece of a much larger puzzle? What would it feel like to live as though your purpose is to bring love and light into every interaction? How can you find deeper meaning in the roles you already play in others’ lives? What if your purpose is simply to grow, learn, and evolve in the most authentic way possible? How might your life change if you measured success by how fulfilled you feel rather than external accomplishments? What would happen if you treated your passions as clues pointing you toward your purpose? What if the meaning of life isn’t something you find but something you create through your actions? How might reflecting on the legacy you want to leave behind bring clarity to your purpose today? What if your purpose is to inspire others by fully embracing who you are?
See, not too shabby right? I'm motivated to see you do well. This resource is my gift to you. When nobody's looking and you're behind closed doors I hope this can motivate you. Nobody has it easy. The struggle is real. Make the most out of what you have. You're way more prepared than you really think you are. Stay positive, be alert and take action on your goals. Here's more hypotheticals to get you to question everything in a chill thought-provoking way:
Thought-Provoking Hypotheticals
How would your daily actions shift if you lived each day as though it were your last? What if the things you resist the most hold the greatest lessons for your growth? How might your understanding of happiness change if you focused on being rather than doing? What would it feel like to let go of every label you've ever attached to yourself? How would your relationships change if you truly saw others as mirrors of yourself? What if the answers you seek are already within you, waiting for you to listen? In what ways might your life expand if you embraced uncertainty instead of fearing it? What if every person you meet today has something to teach you? How would you treat them differently? How might your choices change if you knew the world was watching and learning from you? What if the emotions you suppress are the ones holding the key to your freedom?
Deep, right? My experiences in life give me knowledge I already knew, but enlighten my outlook on life.
Treat others the way you would want to be treated.
It’s a very simple rule we break all the time. I even break it too. But, taking time to understand where someone is coming from is far greater than scheming a way to get ahead. If you read about my Spiritual YouTube Theory you understand exactly what I mean. If everything we ever did was recorded would you want to see the tape? Did you do your best? Are you aware of the bigger picture? Your purpose is directly aligned with your daily actions. I wrote on Confidence, Communication, Empathy, Forgiveness, and Trust to give you a better sense on how to apply these things into action. But I digress. Here are some amazing hypotheticals to reflect on:
How would you live differently if you believed that every moment holds infinite potential? What if the purpose of your life isn’t about what you do, but who you become? How might your view of success change if you realized it’s not about getting, but about giving? What if the most important conversations in your life are the ones you haven’t had yet? How would you act if you knew your words today would echo for generations? What if the universe is constantly conspiring to guide you, but you’re not paying attention? How might your actions shift if you truly understood the ripple effect they have on others? What if your greatest strength is hidden in the place you fear to look? How would your outlook on life change if you treated each day as a gift rather than an obligation? What if you stopped chasing the future and started fully embracing the present moment?

The Ultimate 12-Step Guide to Discovering Purpose and Meaning
Understanding Purpose and Meaning
Purpose: Your “why,” the unique contribution you’re here to make, aligned with your passions and talents.
Meaning: The fulfillment you feel when living in harmony with your values and purpose.
Key Insight: Purpose drives action, while meaning provides fulfillment. Together, they create a life of satisfaction and connection.
Why It Matters
Increases resilience during challenges.
Provides clarity for decision-making.
Fosters personal and professional growth.
Creates a sense of belonging and connection.
Destroys apathy and gives way to greater self awareness and improvement.
12 Steps to Discovering Your Purpose
Step 1:
Reflect on Core Values
Ask: “What principles guide my life?”
Example values: Integrity, kindness, creativity, adventure.
Exercise: Write your top 5 values and how they guide your actions.
Step 2:
Identify Your Strengths and Passions
Ask:
“What activities make me feel alive?”
“What am I naturally good at?”
Exercise: Write 3 strengths and 3 passions, then look for overlaps.
Step 3:
Explore Your Impact
Ask: “How do I want to serve others or make a difference?”
Reflect: Think of times you felt fulfilled by helping someone or solving a problem.
Step 4:
Connect the Dots
Use the formula: Values + Strengths + Passions + Impact = Purpose.
Write a personal purpose statement, e.g., “My purpose is to inspire others through creativity and compassion.”
Step 5:
Look at Your Pain Points
Ask: “What challenges have shaped me, and how can I help others going through the same?”
Exercise: Write a short story about a challenge you overcame and the lessons it taught you.
Step 6:
Visualize Your Ideal Future
Imagine your ideal life 10 years from now.
Where are you? What are you doing? Who are you helping?
Exercise: Create a vision board or journal your dream day in detail.
Step 7:
Gather Feedback
Ask trusted people:
“What do you see as my strengths?”
“How have I impacted your life?”
Their insights can reveal qualities you may not see in yourself.
Step 8:
Start Small, Act Now
Purpose unfolds through action. Begin with small, meaningful steps.
Example: Volunteer, take a class, or start a creative project.
Tip: Focus on progress, not perfection.
Step 9:
Build Daily Rituals Around Purpose
Align your daily habits with your purpose to reinforce meaning.
Example: If your purpose is to create, set aside 30 minutes daily to write, draw, or innovate.
Consistency builds momentum.
Step 10:
Learn from Role Models
Identify people who inspire you and analyze their journey.
Ask: What qualities or values do they embody that resonate with me?
Use their stories as motivation to stay on your path.
Step 11:
Embrace Curiosity and Growth
Be open to trying new things and stepping out of your comfort zone.
Exercise: Make a “Curiosity List” of topics, hobbies, or skills you’d like to explore.
Growth and purpose go hand-in-hand.
Step 12:
Revisit and Refine Regularly
Purpose evolves as you grow. Schedule time to reflect and realign.
Exercise: Journal quarterly to ask:
“Am I living in alignment with my purpose?”
“What adjustments could enhance my sense of meaning?”
Finding Meaning in Daily Life
Practice Gratitude: Reflect on what brings joy and fulfillment each day.
Be Present: Use mindfulness to engage fully in each moment.
Foster Relationships: Build connections that nurture your soul.
Overcoming Obstacles
1. Fear of Failure: Reframe failure as feedback, not defeat.
2. Lack of Clarity: Experiment with new experiences to uncover hidden passions.
3. Comparison: Focus on your unique journey, not others’.
Living a Purposeful Life
Set goals aligned with your purpose.
Celebrate milestones, no matter how small.
Share your journey to inspire others.
Affirmations to Reinforce Purpose
“I align my actions with my deepest values.”
“I trust the journey of discovering my purpose.”
“My life is meaningful, and I create positive change.”
