Happy Friday 3/14/25

Happy Friday, Fans, Co-workers, Friends, And Family.

Sorry about the late post. 95% of guys will read this on Saturday. I just started my new job working as a contractor for Verizon doing Door to Door Sales so please bear with me.
The more I make these posts the more I realize how much I needed this blog as long time ago. Wisdom and discernment doesn't come overnight and neither does love.
As someone caught up in American liberalism (average American vices) slowly steering his way towards God, I've found out  being mindful is the greatest antidote for all the toxic things and situations I've found myself in. I'm still not perfect because we are all a work in progress. I hope this blog is the antidote and cure for a broken heart, loneliness, apathy, ignorance, racism, stereotypical behavior, poor mental health, anxiety, narcissism, assumption without probable cause, profiling, lying, cheating, stealing, fornication, gossiping, addiction, drama, and anything that hurts the soul, (far too many things to list).
Again I apologize for taking so long today/tonight.
One day this blog will save someone's life. Multiple lives right.

Here’s some intriguing hypotheticals to keep you thinking

Hypotheticals

Honor (Integrity, Principles, and Moral Strength)

• If your reputation was erased today and you had to rebuild it solely through your actions, what choices would define your honor?
• Would you prioritize honesty, loyalty, or courage?
• How would you ensure your actions align with your core values without external validation?

• What if you had to sacrifice personal gain to uphold your principles—would you still choose honor over success?
• Where is the line between pragmatism and principle?
• How would you redefine success in a world where integrity costs you opportunities?

• If every promise you made became an unbreakable contract, how carefully would you choose your words?
• Would you speak less or with more intention?
• How would this change your relationships and commitments?

• What if honor wasn’t about external validation but an internal compass—how would you define what true honor means to you?
• Is honor rooted in universal moral codes, or does it evolve individually?
• Would you hold yourself to a different standard if no one could judge you?

• If your definition of honor directly shaped the culture of the next generation, what values would you instill?
• Would honor be about discipline, compassion, courage, or something else?
• How do you balance honor with the realities of survival in an imperfect world?

• What if loyalty to your values meant standing alone—would you still choose to be honorable even if no one acknowledged it?
• Can honor exist in isolation, or does it require social context?
• If honor goes unnoticed, does it still hold the same weight?

• If the world suddenly rewarded deception more than integrity, would you still uphold your principles, or would you adapt to the system?
• Is honor absolute, or does it shift based on societal norms?
• How do you define honor in a world where moral relativism prevails?

• What if honor wasn’t about what you do in public but what you do when no one is watching—how would that change your personal choices?
• Do you behave differently in solitude than in public?
• If integrity is self-policed, what motivates it?

• If you had to teach someone honor without using words, what actions would demonstrate it best?
• What non-verbal cues reflect honor the most—sacrifice, patience, courage?
• How do you show honor in a world where people prioritize convenience over values?

• What if every time you acted dishonorably, your future self lost a valuable opportunity—how would that influence your decisions today?
• Would you think more long-term about your actions?
• How does delayed consequence shape moral decision-making?

Self-Love (Self-Respect, Self-Worth, and Inner Strength)
• What if the way you treat yourself sets the standard for how the world treats you—how would that change your self-care and self-talk?
• Are you as kind to yourself as you are to others?
• How does your self-respect influence the respect you receive?

• If self-love was measured by the way you talk to yourself, would your inner voice be kind or critical?
• What if your thoughts were broadcasted for all to hear?
• Does your self-talk align with how you encourage others?

• What if every negative thought you had about yourself was spoken aloud to someone you love—would you still say it?
• Would you be willing to reframe your inner dialogue?
• If you wouldn't say it to a friend, why say it to yourself?

• If you woke up tomorrow with no self-doubt, what’s the first bold step you’d take toward your dreams?
• Would your ambitions change?
• How would you navigate failure differently?

• What if you loved yourself with the same intensity you seek from others—how would your life transform?
• How would your relationships change?
• Would you set higher standards for yourself and others?
These refinements push the envelope even further—challenging not just what you believe about honor and self-love, but how those beliefs translate into action.

Guide

Master Guide to Reading People: Understanding Human Behavior and Energy
Being able to read people accurately is a powerful skill that enhances communication, influence, and deeper connections. It involves observation, intuition, and pattern recognition. This expanded guide covers body language, vocal cues, energy shifts, microexpressions, and psychology-based insights.

1. Mastering Microexpressions & Facial Cues
Microexpressions are involuntary facial reactions that reveal true emotions, often lasting only a fraction of a second.
Eyes – The Window to the Soul
• Dilated pupils = Interest, attraction, or focus
• Rapid blinking = Anxiety, discomfort, or lying
• Avoiding eye contact = Guilt, shame, or shyness
• Excessive eye contact = Intimidation, dominance, or confidence
• Looking sideways/down = Thinking, deception, or withdrawal
Mouth – Suppressed or Expressed Truth
• Genuine smile = Involves the eyes crinkling (Duchenne smile)
• Tight-lipped smile = Hidden emotions or forced agreement
• Lip biting = Nervousness, attraction, or hesitation
• Pursed lips = Disapproval, frustration, or secretiveness
• Corners of the mouth pulled down = Sadness or contemplation
Nose & Breathing Patterns

2. Decoding Body Language & Gestures
Body movements reveal confidence, stress, dominance, or deception.
Arms & Hands
• Crossed arms = Defensiveness, insecurity, or disinterest
• Open palms facing upward = Honesty, openness, and cooperation
• Fidgeting with hands (rings, watch, etc.) = Nervousness or deception

• Higher-pitched voice = Nervousness, excitement, or lying
• Lowered voice tone = Authority, confidence, or secrecy
• Monotone speaking = Boredom, detachment, or masking emotions

• Pauses before responding = Thoughtfulness or hesitation (potential deception)
• Over-explaining or justifying = Guilt or attempting to convince

4. Sensing Energy & Emotional Shifts
Beyond physical cues, people emit emotional energy that can be felt.
How to Read Energy
• A room’s collective mood → Pause before speaking and absorb the atmosphere.
• Someone’s aura shift → If they were engaged and suddenly withdraw, something changed.
• Tension in the air → Notice sudden silences, stiffness, or hesitancy.
Energy Matching
• People reflect the energy you give → Being calm encourages others to calm down.
• Mirroring behavior → When people subtly mimic your tone or posture, they feel connected.
• Disrupted energy → If someone who was open suddenly closes off, something is wrong.

5. Recognizing Lies & Deception
Lying involves mental effort, so it creates behavioral inconsistencies.
Signs of Deception
• Avoiding eye contact or too much eye contact
• Touching face, especially nose or mouth
• Inconsistent facial expressions (e.g., smiling while speaking of sadness)
• Overly detailed or rehearsed-sounding explanations
• Unnecessary defensiveness or repeated denial
• Change in voice pitch or hesitation before responding
Truth vs. Lie Test
• Ask a question and watch for micro-delays in response.
• Observe if their story stays the same or has inconsistencies over time.
• See if their body and words align (truth) or contradict (lie).

6. Baseline Behavior & Context Reading
Every person has a natural way of acting. Sudden changes signal something deeper.
How to Establish a Baseline
• Observe how someone behaves in normal, relaxed situations.
• Notice their usual speech patterns, facial expressions, and gestures.
• Compare their behavior when under stress or facing discomfort—shifts reveal truths.
Situational Awareness
• Reading people isn’t just about them—it’s also about where you are.
• A person at work vs. at home vs. in public acts differently based on surroundings.
• Factor in their role (e.g., a leader vs. a guest vs. a host) when reading their demeanor.

7. Trusting Your Intuition & Final Thoughts
Your subconscious picks up signals faster than your conscious mind.
Building Stronger Intuition
• Observe more, react less. Let your mind process before judging.
• Ask yourself: “Does this feel right?” If it feels off, investigate.
• Stay neutral. Avoid projecting your biases onto others.
• Sharpen pattern recognition. The more people you observe, the more accurate you become.
Practice Makes Perfect
• Next time you talk to someone, test these techniques by predicting their emotions.
• Pay attention to small shifts in their behavior and what triggers them.
• Keep refining your understanding of human nature, and you’ll become an expert at reading people.
This expanded guide should give you practical tools to understand others on a deeper level.

Happy Friday 3/7/25 ✊πŸΏπŸ™πŸΏπŸ™ŒπŸΏπŸ™πŸΏπŸ’―

Happy Friday, Fans, Co-workers, Friends, And Family.
We made it! Another week. Sadly, I have left Hugo Boss and miss it deeply. But, I'm ecstatic about my new job at Sales For Verizon.  Seems fitting. Aeonian Veritas, Verizon. (Bipolarness is not helping me here.) Lmao! I hope the changes in your life are preparing you for the best and you're in my prayers as well. Today's Guide and Hypotheticals are based on avoiding judgment, gossip, & developing integrity and character.
I've gone through a lot of scenarios that challenge the norm. Like I've always said, this blog is the blog I wish I had when I first started my self-improvement journey. Many other content creators focus on video but I've discovered keeping this a blog is the most effective way for me. It's not a distraction but a reminder to love others, and yourself. The Bible and the Tao Te Ching echo this but I wanted to modernize them into a huge neverending guide that helps people regardless of where your journey begins. Trust issues? I have a guide. That annoying family member/friend that needs a reminder in common sense, I got you. No one understands you? I have a guide in empathy. Communication skills weak? Poor self-esteem, this can give you Confidence. Ever been betrayed, cheated on, lost a friend/family member, or need help finding your purpose? It's right here on Perpetuity Locus. I'm praying this reaches the right people who need this so share this freely. You never know what someone is going through. Here are some outstanding hypotheticals to get you started:

Lonely road, take me home
Take me home, lonely road
I'ma go downtown
Ain't been in a long time
I'm takin' back Sundays
Since you took away my life (since you took away my life)
There's some things that I know now (mm)
Couple songs that I'd rewrite (yeah)
Start over like Mondays
Pourin' strong on a weeknight (mm)
See, I hear the devil wears Prada, but I couldn't read the tags
And your horns started showin' when I seen you mad
But I'll wait for you 'cause this is not the face I knew
I probably could've saved us, but instead, I let us crash
'Cause I don't trust no one to love me back, but she say, "I do"
And this is not the place for you
Lonely road, take me home
To the place that we went wrong
Where'd you go now?
It's been a ghost town
And I'm still here all alone
When the days feel long and the nights get cold
And I'm thousands of miles away (ah-ah-ah)
I use alcohol just to fill that hole
Will our home ever be the same?
I hear the devil wears Prada, but I couldn't read the tags
And your horn started showin' when I see you mad
But I'll wait for you 'cause this is not the face I knew
And I probably could've saved us, but instead, I let us crash
'Cause I don't trust no one to love me back, but you say, "I do"
And this is not the place for you
Lonely road, take me home
To the place that we went wrong
Where'd you go now?
It's been a ghost town
And I'm still here all alone
And if you could salvage my soul
Would you sacrifice this life to not die alone?
'Cause even a palace ain't home without you
So I might leave here soon, but I wanna leave you this song (hey!)
Lonely road (lonely road)
Take me home (won't you take me home?)
To the place that we went wrong
Where'd you go now? (Where'd you go now?)
It's been a ghost town
And I'm still here (I'm still here) all alone
Yeah, I'm on this road now (this lonely road)
Feeling so alone
Take me home (this lonely road)
Mm, I'm on this road now (this lonely road)
Feeling so alone
Take me home, mm

Hypotheticals

Intelligent, IQ & EQ-Increasing Hypotheticals Based on Judgment, Gossip, Integrity & Character
These thought-provoking hypotheticals are designed to increase intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), discernment, and self-awareness while challenging your worldview.

I. Judgment & Discernment Hypotheticals

1. The Mirror Effect

A scientist invents a device that allows people to experience the life of someone they judged for 24 hours. After living as that person, the judge must decide if their original judgment was correct.

• Would you be willing to step into this machine?
• What if the person you judged turned out to be struggling with unseen challenges?
• How would this change how society functions?

2. The Silent Observer

You wake up one morning and realize you have been granted perfect discernment. You can see everyone’s true intentions, pain, and struggles—but you can never tell anyone what you see.

• How would this change how you interact with people?
• Would you still judge people, knowing their hidden burdens?
• Could you handle seeing the true motives behind kindness and cruelty?

3. The Judgment Trade

A divine being offers you the power to pass judgment on one person. However, the moment you do, that same judgment applies to you for eternity.

• Would you ever use this power?
• What kind of judgment, if any, could you justify?
• How does this reflect Matthew 7:2 ("With the measure you use, it will be measured to you")?

II. Gossip Hypotheticals

4. The Echo of Words

A new scientific discovery reveals that every spoken word permanently imprints on the speaker’s soul. Positive words enhance mental clarity and spiritual strength, while gossip and negativity physically weigh the soul down.

• How would this knowledge change the way people speak?
• If you had a visible aura reflecting your words, would you speak differently?
• How would this affect leadership, relationships, and social media?

5. The Living Lie Detector

A global shift occurs: All gossip automatically plays back to the person being spoken about, verbatim, in real-time.

• Would you still engage in casual gossip?
• How would society change if no one could speak behind someone’s back?
• Would honesty increase, or would people find new ways to manipulate speech?

6. The Reverse Gossip Game

Instead of rumors spreading negativity, a new social experiment causes every positive statement about someone to multiply 10x in influence. Encouragement and praise become contagious, changing how people talk.

• How would you change your speech if you knew your words carried 10x the weight?
• Would this shift the balance of power in society?
• What if negative words multiplied instead—how much damage could be done?

III. Integrity Hypotheticals

7. The Public vs. Private Test

A billionaire philanthropist offers you $10 million, but under one condition:
For one full year, your private life is live-streamed 24/7, with no ability to hide anything—thoughts, conversations, or actions.
• Would you accept the offer?
• Would you change anything about your daily life?
• If no one was watching, would you still do the right thing?

8. The Integrity Paradox

You are given a magical mask that lets you lie with perfect conviction, and no one will ever find out. However, each lie slowly erases a piece of your true self, making you forget who you really are.

• Would you use the mask? If so, when?
• How much of yourself would you be willing to lose before stopping?
• Would you rather be fully known and flawed or perfectly admired but false?

9. The Accountability Swap

A new law forces every person to publicly wear a badge displaying their most recent ethical choice (truthful, dishonest, selfless, selfish, etc.).

• Would this create a more honest society, or would people fake goodness?
• How would you feel if your latest action was your identity?
• What would your badge say today?

IV. Character-Building Hypotheticals

10. The Instant Character Download

A neuroscientist develops a technology that allows you to instantly acquire the wisdom, integrity, and discipline of the world’s greatest minds—at a cost. For each download, you must relive one of their hardest trials as if it happened to you.

• Would you accept this ability? If so, whose character would you choose?
• How much suffering would you endure to gain unshakable wisdom?
• Do we truly learn without hardship, or is experience irreplaceable?

11. The Legacy Question

A time traveler from 100 years in the future arrives and tells you exactly how you are remembered in history. The problem? It is not how you want to be remembered.

• What would you do differently starting today?
• If character is the only thing that outlives us, what kind of legacy do you want?
• What if the future record is wrong? Would you fight to change it, or accept it?

12. The Ultimate Test of Character

You are offered limitless success, wealth, and influence under one condition:
You must sacrifice your integrity once, just once. No one will ever know.

• Would you take the deal?
• If integrity is only broken once, is it truly lost?
• If no one sees you fall, does it still matter?

Final Thought Experiment: The You vs. You Challenge

Imagine there are two versions of you in the same universe:

• You, as you are today.
• You, if you had lived with perfect integrity, discipline, and wisdom.

At the end of your life, you meet your highest self—the person you could have been.

• How similar would you be?
• What small changes could bring you closer to that version of yourself?
• If you had one chance to merge with your best self, what would you need to change right now?

Closing Reflection

• Which of these hypotheticals challenged your thinking the most?
• What does this reveal about your current values, habits, and mindset?
• What one small, consistent action can you take today to strengthen your character and integrity?

Guide

An Intelligent Guide to Avoiding Judgment & Gossip While Developing Integrity & Character

This guide provides practical strategies, mindset shifts, and spiritual insights to help avoid judgment and gossip while cultivating integrity and strong character.

I. How to Avoid Judgment

Judgment often stems from bias, ego, or lack of understanding. Instead of condemning others, cultivate discernment, compassion, and humility.

1. Develop Self-Awareness

• Recognize your biases. We all have biases shaped by experience, culture, and upbringing. Ask yourself:
• “Am I seeing the full picture?”
• “What emotions or past experiences are influencing my judgment?”
• Pause before reacting. The brain naturally jumps to conclusions. Before you judge:
• Take 3 deep breaths to create space for understanding.
• Ask: “Would I want to be judged in this way?”
• Focus on self-reflection, not others.
• Instead of saying, “They should be doing X,” ask, “Am I living up to my own standards?”

2. Shift from Judgment to Discernment

• Judgment condemns. (e.g., “They are lazy.”)
• Discernment seeks truth. (e.g., “They might be struggling. How can I help?”)
• Practice non-attachment:
• Instead of trying to control how others behave, let go and focus on your own growth.
Trust that God sees the full picture (1 Samuel 16:7).

3. Practice Empathy

• Put yourself in their shoes. Ask, “If I were in their situation, how would I feel?”
• Listen more than you speak. Avoid rushing to conclusions—understand before forming an opinion.
• Choose curiosity over criticism. Instead of “Why are they like this?” ask, “What led them here?”

4. Replace Judgment with Prayer or Kindness

• Instead of criticizing, pray for them (Matthew 5:44).
• Instead of assuming the worst, assume good intent and offer encouragement.
• Instead of complaining about someone, speak words of life over them (Proverbs 18:21).

II. How to Avoid Gossiping

Gossip thrives in idle conversation, insecurity, or the need for validation. To avoid it, focus on wisdom, self-control, and uplifting speech.

1. Understand the Power of Words

• Words create reality. What you speak over others comes back to you (Proverbs 18:21).
• Gossip damages trust. Even if you only "listen" to gossip, people will eventually see you as untrustworthy.

2. Set Clear Boundaries

• Refuse to engage. When someone starts gossiping, respond with:
• Redirect: “Let’s focus on the good.”
• Exit: Change the subject or leave the conversation.
• Silence is powerful. Simply not participating removes fuel from the fire.
• Surround yourself with wise people. If your circle gossips often, evaluate your friendships (Proverbs 13:20).

3. Shift from Gossip to Growth

• Instead of talking about people, talk about ideas, goals, and wisdom.
• When tempted to gossip, ask:
• “Would I say this if they were here?”
• “Does this conversation build or break trust?”
• Replace gossip with edification—speak blessings over others, even in their absence.

III. How to Develop Integrity

Integrity is being the same person in private as in public. It is built on consistency, honesty, and accountability.

1. Make Truth Non-Negotiable

• Be honest, even when it’s hard. Small lies erode integrity over time.
• Honor your word. If you commit to something, follow through. If you can’t, communicate honestly.
• Live by your values, not convenience. Never compromise truth for comfort or approval.

2. Strengthen Your Moral Compass

• Study wisdom literature (Bible, Tao Te Ching, great philosophical works).
• Ask: “Would I do this if God were watching?” (He is.)
• Practice what you preach. Let your actions align with your beliefs.

3. Develop Self-Discipline

• Create daily integrity checkpoints:
• Did my actions reflect my values today?
• Did I do anything in secret that I wouldn’t want exposed?
• Hold yourself accountable. Find someone you trust who will call you out if needed.
• Avoid compromising situations. If something feels wrong, walk away before temptation escalates.

IV. How to Build Strong Character

Character is the foundation of who you truly are. It is shaped by habits, decisions, and hardships.

1. Face Adversity with Strength

• Difficult times shape character (Romans 5:3-4). Instead of complaining, use challenges as training.
• Take responsibility, not excuses. Own your mistakes, grow from them, and move forward.
• Stay humble in success. When things go well, remain grounded in wisdom and gratitude.

2. Cultivate Virtuous Habits

• Develop patience: Character is built in small daily acts, not overnight.
• Surround yourself with wise, strong individuals who elevate your mindset.
• Study great leaders—what made them stand out? Imitate their discipline and values.

3. Live with Purpose and Service

• A person of strong character serves others selflessly. Look for ways to bless, encourage, and uplift.
• Be generous, not just with money, but with kindness, time, and wisdom.
• Character is how you treat those who have nothing to offer you.

V. Practical Exercises to Apply These Principles

1. Judgment Detox Challenge (One Week Exercise)

• Day 1: Observe your judgments (no need to change them yet).
• Day 2: Pause and ask, “What if I don’t have the full story?”
• Day 3: Whenever you judge, replace it with a kind thought or prayer.
• Day 4: Listen to understand, not to react.
• Day 5: Go one full day without judging anyone or anything—just observe.
• Day 6: Reflect on how this challenge changed your mindset.
• Day 7: Commit to choosing understanding over judgment daily.

2. Gossip-Free Commitment (30 Days Exercise)

• Step 1: Decide you will not participate in gossip for 30 days.
• Step 2: Whenever gossip begins, change the topic or walk away.
• Step 3: If you find yourself slipping, ask: “Would I want this said about me?”
• Step 4: Replace gossip with gratitude—speak positively about others instead.
• Step 5: Reflect after 30 days—has your trustworthiness and peace increased?

3. Integrity and Character Strengthening Exercise

• Write your core values. What principles define you?
• Identify your weak spots. Where do you struggle most in staying true to them?
• Find an accountability partner. Someone who will call you out when needed.
• Practice “Would I do this in front of God?” thinking.

Final Affirmations

• I judge wisely, not harshly.
• I speak life, not gossip.
• I live in truth, not deception.
• I build character through discipline and righteousness.
• I honor God with my integrity.

Today's Guide and Hypotheticals are on Trauma, Grief, Self Awareness and Optimism. I know this post is going to be emotional but I'm praying this reaches the right people. Please have Faith and Confidence in yourself. Everything will be okay. It's only Common Sense that the truth will reveal it's self. Appreciate good times.

Hypotheticals

Trauma

If you could completely erase a traumatic experience but also lose the strength and wisdom you gained from it, would you? What if healing from trauma required you to fully relive it one last time, would you go through the pain to free yourself? If trauma could be transferred, would you ever choose to take on the pain of a loved one to spare them the suffering? What if the way you tell your trauma story influences how much control it has over you, how would you choose to narrate it? If every emotional wound left a visible scar, how would the world treat trauma survivors differently?

Grief

What if grief wasn’t about letting go of someone, but about learning how to carry their presence differently, how would that change the way you heal? If you could speak to someone you’ve lost for five minutes, but you couldn’t ask any questions, what would you say? What if grief never truly disappears, but instead transforms into something else, what form has your grief taken? If you could see the unseen impact of your loved one's presence in your life, what small but powerful ways would they still be with you? What if grief was viewed as an act of love rather than a burden; how would that reframe your healing process?

Self-Awareness

If you met your younger self today, what would they admire about you, and what would they question? What if every time you ignored your true feelings, they manifested physically; how would that change your ability to process emotions? If your life had a narrator who spoke your deepest truths out loud, what uncomfortable things would they reveal? What if every assumption you hold about yourself is false, how would you begin discovering who you truly are? If you could fully understand the subconscious fears that guide your actions, how would that affect the way you move through the world?

Optimism

What if every challenge you face today is actually setting you up for something greater in the future, how would that shift your perspective? If you had to find one positive lesson in every setback you’ve experienced, what would be the most valuable thing you’ve learned so far? What if you started believing that everything in your life is unfolding exactly as it should, how would that change your daily attitude? If you could measure the amount of joy you bring into the world, what small acts of kindness could you do today to increase it? What if the best version of yourself is already within you, just waiting for you to believe in it; how would you start living differently today?

Guide

A Comprehensive Guide to Healing Trauma, Grief, Self-Awareness, and Optimism

I. Dealing with Trauma & Grief
Trauma and grief are life-altering experiences that can leave emotional wounds that require time, patience, and active healing. Trauma may stem from childhood, relationships, loss, betrayal, violence, or even personal failures. Grief, on the other hand, is the process of mourning something or someone we’ve lost.

Understanding Trauma & Its Effects
Trauma rewires the brain, often leading to fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses.
• Fight: Becoming overly defensive or aggressive in situations.
• Flight: Avoidance, escapism, or constantly running from emotions.
• Freeze: Feeling stuck, unable to act, or overwhelmed.
• Fawn: People-pleasing to avoid conflict or seeking external validation excessively.

Understanding Grief & Its Stages (Adapted from the KΓΌbler-Ross Model)
Grief is not linear; people can move back and forth through these stages:
• Denial: The initial shock, feeling like this can’t be real.
• Anger: Frustration and resentment at the situation, others, or even God.
• Bargaining: Trying to make sense of the loss, often with "what ifs" and regrets.
• Depression: Feeling the deep sorrow and weight of the situation.
• Acceptance: Coming to terms with reality, even if it still hurts.

How to Heal Trauma & Grief
• Acknowledge the Pain
• Suppressing pain doesn’t make it go away; it causes emotional numbness or unexpected outbursts.
• Accept that healing is necessary and that your pain is valid.
• Find a Safe Space to Express
• Journaling: Write letters to your past self, lost loved ones, or God.
• Creative Expression: Music, poetry, painting, or dance can transform pain into art.
• Therapy: Professional help can provide coping strategies and deep insights.
• Embrace the Power of Community
• Healing happens in relationships. Open up to trusted friends, spiritual guides, or support groups.
• Engage in acts of service—helping others can also heal you.
• Use Grounding Techniques (For Overwhelming Emotions)
• 5-4-3-2-1 Method: Name 5 things you see, 4 things you touch, 3 things you hear, 2 things you smell, and 1 thing you taste.
• Breathwork: Try 4-7-8 breathing—inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, and exhale for 8.
• Physical Anchors: Hold onto an object that brings comfort (a crystal, pendant, or even a prayer bead).
• Give Yourself Permission to Move Forward
• Healing doesn’t mean forgetting—it means learning how to carry the love forward without being consumed by the pain.
• Rituals like lighting a candle, visiting a grave, or creating a tribute can help with closure.

II. Cultivating Self-Awareness
Self-awareness is about understanding who you are, what you need, and why you react the way you do. Without self-awareness, we often repeat cycles of pain, get stuck in toxic patterns, or feel lost in our purpose.

Levels of Self-Awareness
• Emotional Awareness: Recognizing and regulating your emotions.
• Behavioral Awareness: Understanding why you react the way you do.
• Spiritual Awareness: Connecting with a deeper sense of self and purpose.

Practices for Deep Self-Awareness
• Daily Reflection
• Ask yourself: What did I feel today? What triggered me? How did I respond?
• Journaling prompts: What do I fear most? What do I love about myself? Where do I self-sabotage?
• Mindfulness & Meditation
• Observation without Judgment: Notice your thoughts as clouds—don’t get attached to them.
• Body Scans: Close your eyes and mentally scan your body. Where are you holding tension?
• Intermittent Silence: Take time each day to sit in silence. This creates space for intuition to rise.
• Recognize Your Patterns & Triggers
• What situations bring up old wounds?
• How do you respond when feeling threatened, insecure, or overwhelmed?
• What self-destructive habits do you repeat?
• The Mirror Technique
• The qualities you admire in others are often qualities you possess.
• The traits that trigger you in others may reflect unresolved issues within yourself.
• Seek Feedback & Be Open to Growth
• Ask close friends: What do you see as my strengths? Where do I hold myself back?
• Be willing to hear hard truths. Growth comes from discomfort.

III. Developing a Mindset of Optimism
Optimism isn’t about ignoring reality—it’s about choosing to see possibilities even in difficult situations. It’s a discipline, not just a personality trait.

The Science Behind Optimism
• Optimism has been shown to improve health, reduce stress, and increase resilience.
• The brain has neuroplasticity—meaning we can train it to see opportunities instead of obstacles.

How to Build an Optimistic Mindset
• Reframe Challenges
• Instead of: "Why is this happening to me?" → Ask: "What is this teaching me?"
• Example: A setback in your career may be the push you needed to pursue your real passion.
Daily Gratitude Practice
• Every day, list 3 things you’re grateful for.
• Gratitude shifts your focus from lack to abundance.
• Speak Life Over Yourself
• Affirmations: I am resilient. I am divinely guided. Everything is working in my favor.
• What you speak over yourself shapes your reality.
• Surround Yourself with Positivity
• Read books that inspire.
• Limit time around negative people who drain your energy.
• Listen to uplifting music or podcasts.
• Celebrate Small Wins
• Progress, no matter how small, should be acknowledged.
• Example: You didn’t feel like getting up today, but you did—that’s a win!

IV. How to Help Others on Their Journey
• Listen With Your Heart, Not Just Your Ears
• People don’t always need advice—they need presence.
• Respond with: “That sounds really tough. I’m here for you.”
• Encourage Their Growth Without Forcing It
• Ask powerful questions: “What do you think would help you right now?”
• Remind them of their resilience: “You’ve overcome so much already.”
• Lead by Example
• If you want to inspire, embody the change you wish to see.
• Show up with kindness, wisdom, and integrity.
• Share Resources & Practical Tools
• Offer books, meditations, affirmations, or even just a thoughtful message.
• Share a powerful quote or prayer when someone is struggling.
Final Thought: Be a Light
Healing is a journey, not a destination. The more we heal ourselves, the more we can help others rise.
Your Daily Mantra:
"I heal, I grow, I uplift. My journey is a light for others."
This week, move with intention, wisdom, and love—you never know whose life you might change.

You are exactly what the world needs right now.

Hey
Hey
Hey
Your lipstick stains
On the front lobe of my left side brains
I knew I wouldn't forget you
And so I went and let you blow my mind
Your sweet moonbeam
The smell of you in every single dream I dream
I knew when we collided
You're the one I have decided who's one of my kind
Hey, soul sister
Ain't that Mr. Mister on the radio, stereo?
The way you move ain't fair, you know
Hey, soul sister
I don't wanna miss a single thing you do
Tonight
Hey
Hey
Hey
Just in time
I'm so glad you have a one-track mind like me
You gave my life direction
A game show love connection we can't deny
I'm so obsessed
My heart is bound to beat right out my untrimmed chest
I believe in you, like a virgin, you're Madonna
And I'm always gonna wanna blow your mind
Hey, soul sister
Ain't that Mr. Mister on the radio, stereo?
The way you move ain't fair, you know
Hey, soul sister
I don't wanna miss a single thing you do
Tonight
The way you can cut a rug
Watching you's the only drug I need
So gangster, I'm so thug
You're the only one I'm dreaming of, you see
I can be myself now finally
In fact there's nothing I can't be
I want the world to see you be with me
Hey, soul sister
Ain't that Mr. Mister on the radio, stereo?

Now before I lose you, I would like to go over some Hypotheticals, questions that are smart to think about. You can also ask others these questions as a way to learn about them as well as yourself. Asking questions like these can also raise your IQ and EQ. Creativity can also be boosted as well. The benefits from Hypotheticals are amazing hence why I post them here. Without further ado:

Hypotheticals

What if you could learn any skill instantly but forget another skill you already mastered? How would you prioritize your knowledge? If you were tasked with solving world hunger using only technology that exists today, what innovative approach would you design? What if reality as you know it is a complex equation, and emotions are just variables? How would you redefine human experience? If all languages suddenly disappeared, how would humans develop a new system of communication? What if logic and creativity were on opposite sides of a scale—how would you maintain balance without losing one? If time operated in reverse for a single day, what would you do to ensure continuity in your life? How would society function if humans evolved to process information visually instead of through written language? What if you were given unlimited resources to create the perfect city, but had to design it without hierarchy—how would you structure it? If knowledge could be downloaded directly into your brain, would education still hold value, or would wisdom become the new currency? What if every problem had a simple solution, but human biases made it seem complicated? How would you identify the truth?

I love thinking about questions like this because it keeps me humble and opens my eyes on how short and fragile life really is. Questions like this deepen my appreciation for the good things in life. Here’s more to keep you motivated:

If the human brain had an ‘upgrade’ mode like software, what cognitive features would you enhance or install? What if mathematics was discovered to be an incomplete system, and the universe operated on a set of hidden principles beyond numbers? If history could be rewritten with perfect accuracy, what event would you want to observe firsthand, and why? What if emotions were measurable like temperature—how would that impact relationships, leadership, and personal growth? If you were given the power to predict the future, but only for decisions you never make, how would that change your strategy in life? What if reality is shaped by collective thought—how would changing your personal beliefs ripple through the world around you? If a parallel version of you exists in another universe, what advice would they give you right now? What if you had to create an entirely new system of government that prioritizes both freedom and equality—how would you design it? If you had access to all the world’s data but only 1% of your own memory, how would you maximize your knowledge? What if the future of humanity depends on unlearning everything we currently believe—where would you start?

Awesome, you're doing good. If you’re still here with me, thank you. I appreciate you sharing your time with me. Here's are some emotional growth hypotheticals to expand your awareness on your impact in life:

What if every emotion you suppress adds weight to an invisible backpack—how heavy would yours be, and what would you unpack first? If you could live one day completely free from fear, how would that change the way you interact with the world? What if you could see people’s emotional wounds as visible scars—how would that affect the way you treat them? If forgiveness was a language, what would its vocabulary look like, and how fluent are you in it? What if every time you judged someone, that judgment reflected back on you—how would you shift your perspective? If you had to teach a child the meaning of love without using the word ‘love,’ how would you describe it? What if your emotional well-being was directly connected to the emotional state of the people you encounter—how would you nurture both? How would your life change if you approached every disagreement with the goal of understanding rather than being understood? What if your future self appeared and said, “Your happiness depends on one decision you’re avoiding”—what decision comes to mind? If vulnerability was seen as the ultimate strength, how would that change the way people connect with each other?

I hope this changes how you view on others and is solely based on how they make you feel. I included sense because a lot of people ignore their senses. This can prevent mishaps because you genuinely can sense the redflags. I started this blog as a way to connect with others better and as a way to teach others things I failed at. I'm awesome with people but I still work on being the best I can be in all situations. I appreciate you still being here. Here's more hypotheticals if I still have your attention:

What if empathy was a superpower, and the more you practiced it, the stronger it became? How would you train this ability? If you could relive one emotionally impactful moment to fully process it, which would you choose and why? What if emotional intelligence was part of the job interview process—what personal qualities would you highlight? How would your relationships change if you viewed every argument as an opportunity to learn something new about the other person? What if your emotions were a compass guiding you toward your purpose—what feelings have you been ignoring that could hold the key? If kindness had the same social status as wealth, how would society—and your personal life—transform? What if instead of asking, 'What do you do for a living?' we asked, 'What brings you peace?'—how would conversations shift? If every time you showed gratitude, it doubled in the life of the person you thanked—who would you thank more often? What if true emotional growth required you to embrace discomfort regularly—how would you build resilience through that practice? If your emotional patterns were songs playing in the background of your life, what would your playlist sound like right now?

You Get What You Give
Song by New Radicals

One, two
One, two, three, ow
Wake up, kids
We got the dreamers disease
Age fourteen, they got you down on your knees
So polite, we're busy still saying please
Frienemies, who when you're down ain't your friend
Every night we smash a Mercedes-Benz
First we run, and then we laugh 'til we cry
But when the night is falling
You cannot find the light (light)
You feel your dreams are dying
Hold tight
You've got the music in you
Don't let go
You've got the music in you
One dance left
This world is gonna pull through
Don't give up
You've got a reason to live
Can't forget
We only get what we give
I'm comin' home, baby
You're tops
Give it to me now
4 AM, we ran a miracle mile
We're flat broke
But hey, we do it in style
The bad rich
God's flying in for your trial
But when the night is falling
You cannot find a friend (friend)
You feel your tree is breaking
Just bend
You've got the music in you
Don't let go
You've got the music in you
One dance left
This world is gonna pull through
Don't give up
You've got a reason to live
Can't forget
We only get what we give
This whole damn world could fall apart
You'll be okay, follow your heart
You're in harm's way, I'm right behind
Now say you're mine
You've got the music in you
Don't let go
You've got the music in you
One dance left
This world is gonna pull through
Don't give up
You've got a reason to live
Can't forget
We only get what we give
Don't let go
I feel the music in you
Don't let go
Fly high, high
What's real can't die
You only get what you give
You're gonna get what you give
Don't give up
Just don't be afraid to leave
Health insurance, rip off lying
FDA, big bankers buying
Fake computer crashes dining
Cloning while they're multiplying
Fashion shoots with Beck and Hanson
Courtney Love and Marilyn Manson
You're all fakes
Run to your mansions
Come around, we'll kick your asses
Don't let go
One dance left
Don't give up
Can't forget
Don't let go

Interesting huh, really opens my eyes. That's one of my songs on my playlist. Yay! You're still here! Here are some bonus ones I think you might enjoy:

What if the key to solving global conflicts was not better policies, but deeper emotional understanding—how would leaders be trained differently? If every thought you had instantly influenced the collective consciousness, how would you manage both your emotions and your logic? What if intelligence was measured not by how much you know, but by how well you understand yourself? How would that change society’s view of success? If emotions could be scientifically mapped like neural pathways, would they lose their meaning or gain new depth? What if your greatest intellectual breakthroughs were hidden behind emotional barriers you’ve been avoiding? If personal growth was a currency, how rich would you be based on your self-awareness and empathy? What if the line between rational decisions and emotional decisions didn’t exist—how would that redefine what it means to be wise? If you could merge with the mind of the most brilliant person in history for one day, but feel all their emotional struggles too, would you? What if the most advanced AI couldn’t surpass humans until it learned how to process emotions authentically—what does that say about the true power of emotions? If the universe is both mathematical and emotional, what formula would describe the perfect balance between logic and love?

I hope these spark some deep reflection and intellectual exploration. If you want more read More Happy Fridays! πŸ™πŸΏπŸ’―

Beautiful Day
Song by U2

The heart is a bloom
Shoots up through the stony ground
There's no room
No space to rent in this town
You're out of luck
And the reason that you had to care
The traffic is stuck
And you're not moving anywhere
You thought you'd found a friend
To take you out of this place
Someone you could lend a hand
In return for grace
It's a beautiful day
Sky falls, you feel like
It's a beautiful day
Don't let it get away
You're on the road
But you've got no destination
You're in the mud
In the maze of her imagination
You're lovin' this town
Even if that doesn't ring true
You've been all over
And it's been all over you
It's a beautiful day
Don't let it get away
It's a beautiful day, ooh
Touch me
Take me to that other place
Teach me
I know I'm not a hopeless case
See the world in green and blue
See China right in front of you
See the canyons broken by cloud
See the tuna fleets clearing the sea out
See the Bedouin fires at night
See the oil fields at first light and
See the bird with a leaf in her mouth
After the flood all the colors came out
It was a beautiful day
Don't let it get away
Beautiful day
Touch me
Take me to that other place
Reach me
I know I'm not a hopeless case
What you don't have you don't need it now
What you don't know you can feel it somehow
What you don't have you don't need it now
Don't need it now
It was a beautiful day

My favorite part of the post is finally here.

Guide

I went over Faith and Virtue today as it’s something I struggle with occasionally. If you’re human it's quite normal to lose faith but it shouldn’t consume you to hatred.
Virtue is how I got the name Dj Supa Inferno.
Thank you Ronin Warriors! Ryu the main character symbolizes virtue. The inferno part comes this show as the Inferno Armor was the main prize of the show. The bad guy, Talpa wants to conquer the earth and needed the Inferno Armor to do so. The Inferno Armor can only be summoned when The Five Ronin Warriors, the good guys, assemble together, realize their true power and their Virtues. However, Ryu adorns the Inferno Armor to Save the world from Talpa. So when I go to church and say I used to be Dj Supa Inferno, this is what this comes from.
I changed my name to Aeonian Veritas because that aligns with my true goal quite better, even though the idea is very much the same.
Without further ado here's the guide:

A Comprehensive Guide to Cultivating Faith and Virtue
Faith and virtue are foundational to living a life of purpose, peace, and fulfillment. They’re not abstract ideals; they are practices woven into your daily thoughts, actions, and decisions. This guide will help you deepen your understanding and develop a framework to embody both.

1. What Are Faith and Virtue?
Faith
• Definition: Faith is the unwavering trust in something greater than yourself—whether that’s a higher power, the universe, your purpose, or the unseen potential within you.
• Dimensions of Faith:
• Spiritual Faith: Belief in God, divine plans, or universal laws.
• Personal Faith: Trust in your own abilities, resilience, and growth.
• Relational Faith: Confidence in others, in love, and in the human spirit.

Virtue
• Definition: Virtue is moral excellence. It’s the alignment of your character with values that promote goodness, integrity, and authenticity.
• The Cardinal Virtues: Wisdom, courage, temperance, and justice (from ancient philosophy).
• Theological Virtues: Faith, hope, and love (from Christian teachings).

2. The Path to Deepening Faith
A. The Foundations of Faith
• Self-Awareness: Understand what you believe and why.
• Surrender: Let go of the need to control everything. Trust the process.
• Hope: Even when circumstances are dark, faith holds onto light.

B. Practices to Strengthen Faith
• Daily Prayer or Meditation:
Center your thoughts. Start with gratitude, speak your intentions, and allow silence to listen inwardly.
• Affirmations for Faith:
• “I am guided by divine wisdom.”
• “I trust in the unseen, for it holds possibilities beyond my imagination.”
• Reflection Journal Prompts:
• “When did I feel supported by something greater than myself?”
• “What does faith mean to me beyond religious definitions?”
• Embrace Challenges as Teachers:
Faith isn’t the absence of hardship—it’s the strength to stand firm when things are uncertain. Reframe obstacles as growth opportunities.

3. Cultivating Virtue in Daily Life
A. Identify and Define Your Virtues
Choose virtues that resonate with your life’s purpose. Examples:
• Courage: Acting in alignment with truth, even when afraid.
• Compassion: Extending kindness without judgment.
• Integrity: Doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.

B. Living Virtuously
• Mindful Actions:
Start each day with a virtue in mind. Example: “Today, I will practice patience by pausing before I respond.”
• The Mirror Test:
At the end of the day, look in the mirror and ask:
• “Did I live in alignment with my values today?”
• “Where did I fall short, and how can I improve tomorrow?”
• The Ripple Effect:
Recognize that small acts of virtue ripple outward. Holding the door, a kind word, honesty in tough situations—they all matter.

4. The Synergy Between Faith and Virtue
Faith gives you the why; virtue gives you the how.
• Faith without virtue can become blind belief, disconnected from action.
• Virtue without faith can feel rigid, lacking deeper meaning.
When combined:
• Faith inspires you to be courageous when fear arises.
• Virtue keeps your faith grounded in integrity and authenticity.

5. Navigating Doubts and Setbacks
• Normalize Doubt: Even the greatest spiritual leaders experienced doubt. It’s part of growth.
• Lean into Community: Surround yourself with people who uplift you spiritually and morally.
• Anchor Yourself: When overwhelmed, return to this simple mantra:
“I am on the right path, even if I can’t see the destination.”

6. Exercises for Mastery
A. Morning Ritual: Faith & Virtue Alignment
• Gratitude: Name three things you’re thankful for.
• Intention Setting: Choose a virtue to embody today.
• Affirmation: Speak a faith-based affirmation aloud.
• Visualization: Picture yourself living that virtue throughout your day.
B. Evening Reflection
• Write down moments when your faith was tested. How did you respond?
• List acts of virtue you performed, no matter how small.
• Reflect on any missteps without judgment—see them as lessons.

7. Final Affirmations to Anchor Your Journey
• “I walk in faith, even when the path is unclear.”
• “My heart is rooted in love, my actions reflect integrity, and my spirit grows stronger each day.”
• “I am both a student and a teacher of virtue. I am guided, I am growing, I am enough.”
Would you like me to personalize exercises, create a daily routine, or expand on a specific virtue or aspect of faith?

Wish You The Best
Song by Lewis Capaldi

I miss knowin' what you're thinkin'
And hearin' how your day has been
Do you think you could tell me everythin', darlin'?
But leave out every part about him
Right now, you're probably by the ocean
While I'm still out here in the rain
With every day that passes by since we've spoken
It's like Glasgow gets farther from LA
Maybe it's supposed to be this way
But, oh, my love
I wanna say, "I miss the green in your eyes"
And when I said we could be friends, guess I lied
I wanna say, "I wish that you never left"
Oh, but instead, I only wish you the best
I wanna say, "Without you, everythin's wrong"
And you were everythin' I need all along
I wanna say, "I wish that you never left"
Oh, but instead, I only wish you the best
Well, I can't help but notice
You seem happier than ever now
And I guess that I should tell you I'm sorry
It seems I was the problem somehow
Maybe I only brought you down
But, oh, my love
I wanna say, "I miss the green in your eyes"
And when I said we could be friends, guess I lied
I wanna say, "I wish that you never left"
Oh, but instead, I only wish you the best
I wanna say, "Without you, everythin's wrong"
And you were everythin' I need all along
I wanna say, "I wish that you never left"
Oh, but instead, I only wish you the best
But, oh, my love
Oh, whoa
Oh, my love
Oh, whoa
Wish I could say it's somethin' I really mean
But I want you happy whether or not it's with me
I wanna say, "I wish that you never left"
Oh, but instead, I only wish you the best
I wanna say, "Without you, everythin's wrong"
And you were everythin' I need all along
I wanna say, "I wish that you never left"
Oh, but instead, I only wish you the best
