Happy Friday ✊πŸΏπŸ™πŸΏ☯️πŸͺ¬πŸ’― 10/04/24

Happy Friday, Friends, Family, Co-workers,  Fans, And Newcomers! It's Here!

Finally the weekend is upon us. The weather is still very nice and we're in October. Hopefully this reaches you guys well as last week I had a little hiccup. Lol. What are you grateful for this week. What made you smile? Did you get to accomplish all your goals? I'm stoked to see you guys before the end of the year. Hit me up, and let me know what's up.
Have you been doing your box breathing? Check the Happy Friday that has the guide built right in it.

Happy Birthday Rich Homie Quan!
He would have been 35. Kinda scary because I'm already 35.

Rest In Power FamπŸ™πŸΏπŸ’―.

If you need help, please ask. I care and want the best for all of you.

You Are Enough

Again you can reach out to me Here

Affirmations and Binaural beats have kept me sane for a solid 3 months.
Gratitude is my new attitude.
I write 11:11s to inspire you guys and you can find them here on Perpetuity Locus
No feeling aligned?
Read some Happy Fridays and you'll feel better in no time.

With the link above you can also check out my music, comedy, and connect with me in various ways.

1. There’s a hot pink lake in Australia: Lake Hillier in Western Australia is naturally pink due to the presence of algae that produce carotenoids. Its vibrant pink color stays even when the water is collected in a jar!

2. You can hear a blue whale’s heartbeat from two miles away: The heart of a blue whale weighs about 400 pounds, and its powerful beat can be detected from great distances.

3. Butterflies can taste with their feet: Butterflies have taste sensors on their feet, allowing them to taste plants and surfaces by simply landing on them.

4. Some jellyfish are immortal: The Turritopsis dohrnii jellyfish can revert to its juvenile form after reaching adulthood, meaning it can potentially live forever under the right conditions.

5. There's a species of ant that can create living bridges: Army ants link together to form bridges out of their own bodies to help their colony cross obstacles or large gaps.

6. Humans glow in the dark (sort of): All humans emit a small amount of visible light, but it’s about 1,000 times less intense than what our eyes can detect.

7. Sloths can hold their breath longer than dolphins: Sloths can slow their heart rate and hold their breath for up to 40 minutes underwater.

8. Frogs can freeze without dying: Certain species of frogs, like the wood frog, can survive being frozen solid during the winter months, effectively going into a state of suspended animation.

9. An octopus can taste with its arms: Not only do octopuses have complex brains, but their suckers are packed with chemical sensors that allow them to taste and feel at the same time.

10. A day on Saturn is just 10.7 hours long: Saturn spins so fast on its axis that a single day lasts less than 11 hours, making it one of the shortest days of any planet in our solar system.

I hope you all have an amazing weekend. Stay Well, Healthy, Happy, Safe, Humble, Positive, Strong, Awesome, And Blessed. With Much Love, Joy, and Luck.
Sincerely,
Aeonian Veritas
